Would zero demerit points mean that my insurance rates wont be effected?

I also have not had the opportunity to locate actual medical  insurance   and have MS. Our state wellness swimming may cover me but at $1300/mo. I've seen from the lot of indemnity services and discount options but am scared of those. Anybody on the market have any suggestions? Thanks!
